Supporting the Creative Impulse
Uncover
our story
Image of the Mind Studios
began in 1977,
with the hope of producing
a cinema project titled
“I Am Alpha & Omega”
From Concept to Form and Beyond
Theatrical Cinematic & Photographic
Design, Development & Production
Over the years, as IMS has grown,
there have been many
film projects and, unexpectedly,
more theatre projects.
Much writing and design work
has taken place,
with an emphasis on the
Development Arena.
All told they exceed 350 productions
of one sort or another.
Use the IMS Virtual Studio
to review projects and activities.
Image of the Mind Studios engages in the development of new product in the primary arenas of theatre, music & cinema. This involves Publishing, Manufacturing, Fabrication and activities centered around the Creation & Development of product lines & prototypes for a full range of Ancillary markets, which are directly connected to each individual project and help to define the scope, while offering support for production activities. This work is applied largely to and through Partnerships, Joint Venture Agreements, Production and Licensing Agreements. The focus of our project work has become predominantly “in-house”.
An ongoing goal for IMS is the development of “The Theatrical Development Centre” which will be an expanded studio compound that includes the goal of constructing a “State-of-the-Art” legitimate theatre to service the full range of staging and cinema activities.
